O R D E R

(Order of the Court was delivered by S.VAIDYANATHAN, J.) The writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to establish a new TASMAC Shop bearing Shop No.4133 situated at Survey No.114, Anna Salai, Nagelkeni, Chromepet amidst the "Special and Hazardous Industrial Zone" based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents that there is no proposal to have a TASMAC shop in the lane between Nagelkeni and Anna Salai opposite to the Aadham Tannery, Nagelkeni, Chromepet.

3. Recording the above said statement made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
