ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to shift the garbage shed erected in the road side park, situated at the junction of cemetary road, brewery road, Kilpauk Garden Road, Anna Nagar Link Road and R.V. Nagar Road, Chennai, to any other place, far away from the residential locality.

If the respondent Corporation has not removed the garbage shed in the place in question so far, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation on a fresh cause of action. On such representation, the respondents shall dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs. W.M.P.No.700 of 2019 is closed.
