ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to provide Police protection to the petitioner based on his representation dated 21.12.2018.

2.It is seen that the petitioner approached this Court in W.P.No.11511 of 2018 seeking direction to rectify the mistake occurred in the Town Survey Land Register maintained by the Commissioner, Coimbatore Municipal Corporation, Coimbatore, in respect of the petitioner's land comprised in S.F.No.655 and 656/1, Uppiliplayam Village, Coimbatore Taluk, Coimbatore, to an extent of Acre 1.72 Cents, in which, this Court by an order dated 28.04.2018, directed the petitioner to give fresh representation to the Commissioner, Coimbatore Municipal Corporation, Coimbatore.

On receipt of the same, the Commissioner, Coimbatore Municipal Corporation, Coimbatore was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties within a period of six weeks. Till such time, the Municipal Authorities, Coimbatore was directed not take any coercive action against the petitioner.

3.When it being so, now, the prayer sought for by the petitioner to give police protection does not arise. Since there is an order passed by this Court in W.P.No.11511 of 2018, dated 28.04.2018 as against the Municipal Authorities, Coimbatore.

4.Recording the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
