ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to produce the body of the detenue, namely Ms.S.Rashika, aged about 22 years, before this Court and to set her at liberty forthwith, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.
2. The petitioner is the father of the detenue. On a complaint given by the petitioner, a case has also been registered in Cr.No.165 of 2018 dated 07.11.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that with the help of the son of the petitioner, who is incidentally the brother of the detenue, she got the passport and thereafter left for Singapore.
4. Thus, we do not find any illegal detention involved and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
