first contemnor is concerned and we hope that the learned Judge shall see to that a similar incident does not happen in future. Insofar as the 2nd and 3rd contemnors are concerned, in view of their subsequent arrest by the Police, nothing survives in these contempt petitions and the contempt petitions are closed insofar as the contemnors 2 and 3 also.
