ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The relief sought for in the present Criminal Original Petition (Madurai) is to call for records pertaining to FIR registered in Crime No.6 of 2016 and quash the same.

2. The present petition has been filed in the year 2018. Investigation is completed and final report is filed. Additional charge sheet is going to be filed by the Investigating Officer.

3. At this juncture, it is not preferable to consider the present petition and that apart, this Court has already passed an order requesting the Trial Court to expedite the trial. Petitioner is directed to cooperate for completion of trial. Trial Court is requested not to grant unnecessary adjournment on flimsy grounds.
