Order Dated : 02.11.2022 Though this Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to direct enquiry against the forest and electricity board officers responsible of the death of the elephants, we are of the view that the Special Investigating Team (SIT) is probing the issue, there cannot be any general and omnibus directions unless the real offenders are identified and proceeded.

2. In such a view of the matter the Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
