3. This application was listed on 15.07.2016. It appears that inadvertently it did not get included in the order passed on that date. 3.1. The applicant, i.e., Mr.T.N.Jothi Manian, who appears in person, does not press the application.

4. Accordingly, the captioned application is dismissed, as having worked itself out, in view of the order passed on 15.07.2016. C.P.No.194 of 2006 5.

This Company Petition was closed, based on the statement made by Mr.Uma Shankar, on 15.07.2016 that the scheme of arrangement has been implemented and therefore, nothing survives in the petition.
