ORDER
When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this is a second revision as against the one and the same order. Hence, the same is not maintainable. He would only plead that the personal appearance of the petitioner may be dispensed with, except on the dates of hearing.
2. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this revision is dismissed as not maintainable. However, the personal appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with. It is also made clear that the petitioner has to appear before the Court concerned on all the required dates of hearing, without fail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. With the above observation, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2013 is closed. M.P.No.2 of 2013 to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner is ordered to the extent indicated above.
