ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce two children by name Preethi, aged 8 years and Pooja aged 7 years. The petitioner is the mother of the children. Earlier by order dated 21.10.2013, this Habeas Corpus Petition was referred for mediation. From the Mediation Centre, a report dated 30.4.2014 has been received wherein it is stated that the issue has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

settled amicably between the parties. A copy of the agreement has also been enclosed. As per the terms of the agreement, the petitioner has undertaken to not press the petition.

2. Today, the petitioner is not present, neither the husband of the petitioner is present. In view of the settlement reached, this petition is dismissed.
