ORDER

[Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.] This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus directing the respondents to release the petitioner, Sathish Babu, S/o.Rangaswamy, aged about 39 years, convict No.785, from Central https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, immediately.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation given by the petitioner has to be considered by the respondents, since they have not passed any order till date. 3.On the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter is pending for a long time, we are of the view to direct the first respondent to pass appropriate orders. Accordingly, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on merits and in accordance with law. 4.With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
