M.Kuppa Manthiri, Son of Mahadeva Manthiri, Life Convict No.12602, was reported dead on 09.01.2015 at 11.00 a.m., as per the report received from the Superintendent of Central Prison, Vellore, which is not in dispute and the same is taken on record.

3.In view of the aforesaid, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
