Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relevant to the order in e.f.m3.1115/2013 dated 15.04.2013 passed by the first respondent and quash the same as illegal, improper, unreasonable, arbitrary and against the rule of law and thereby direct the first respondent to permit the petitioner to continue to made joint signature in the fourth respondent panchayat along with the fourth respondent panchayat president For Petitioner :

O R D E R

The Vice President of Aviyur Village Panchayat filed the present writ petition challenging the order passed by the first respondent in proceedings dated 15.04.2013, in respect of granting permission to sign the cheques.

2. However, the President is not holding the office as of now, in view of the fact that the Special officers are appointed by the Government. The relief as sought for cannot be granted in this writ petition, in view of the fact that the cause arouse become vanished.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
