Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned charge memo dated 24.10.2011 passed by the first respondent in Letter No.32916/E2/2008-09 and charge Memo ROC.No.PA1/17962/96, dated 18.3.1998 of the 2nd respondent and charge memo No.14565/2006/PA5, dated 27.2.2007 of the 3rd respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to pay all pensionary benefits such as commutation value of pension and Death-cumRetirement Gratuity including denied promotion with retrospective effect part with the petitioner's next juniors. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submitted that a disciplinary proceeding initiated against the writ petitioner was concluded and a final order was passed by the competent authority on 01.10.2015.

2.Thus, no further adjudication is required on merits and it is left open to the writ petitioner to challenge the final order passed in the disciplinary proceedings.
3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, no order as to costs.
