ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the petitioner has been reinstated in the service and the only request now made by the petitioner is to pay back wages. In this regard, the petitioner has made representation dated 10.4.2013 to the respondents. The said representation of the petitioner has not been considered sofar.

2. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondent concerned is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.4.2013 on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as possible, and in any case, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the representation dated 10.4.2013 along with a copy of this order to the respondent concerned, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
