Learned counsel for the petitioner, apart from circulating a letter dated 26.08.2016 to the Registry, has also filed a Memo in SR.No.15984/2016 dated 26.06.2016, praying for leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to proceed with the suit in CS.No.525/2016 pending on the file of this Court.

2.In view of the submission of the letter dated 26.08.2016 to the Registry and in view of the submission of the Memo dated 26.06.2016 by the learned counsel for the petitioner this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner, is granted. No costs.
