ORDER
The petitioner has come up with the Writ Petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 16.09.2013.
2. Mr.S.N.Ravichandran, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has already given change of vakalat. Heard Mr.B.Anand, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the records placed before it.
3. The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner of the property in Survey Nos.159/5B, 159/6A, 161/1, 159/41, 159/11 in Ilayanallur Madura village and his right has been declared in O.S.No.83 of 2009 and O.S.No.257 of 2009 by the learned District Munsif, Katpadi. The petitioner has given a representation to the respondents on 16.09.2013 for change https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of patta and chitta in his favour. Since no action was taken, the petitioner is before this Court by filing the present writ petition.
4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioner was of the year 2013 and if a fresh representation is given, the same will be considered in accordance with law

In the light of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Court without going into the merits, directs the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the third respondent within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the third respondent, on receipt of the representation to be submitted by the petitioner, shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity to all the necessary parties.
6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
