Alleging that patta stood in the name of the petitioner's father has been fraudulently transferred for the land situate in Survey No.207/2A, Semandipatti Village,Omalur Taluk, Salem District with an extent of 0.41.0 hectare, the petitioner made a representation to the first respondent and since no action has been taken on the said representation, the petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and as the matter lies in a very narrow compass, without going into the merits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the case and based on the averments made in the affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of with the following direction:- "The petitioner shall submit another copy of the representation dated 29.07.2013, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the first respondent, who shall consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or on its production, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to the rival claimants if any. It is made clear that no opinion is expressed by this Court on the merits of the case or the claim of the petitioner". No costs.
