WP.MP.NO.266/2013 IN WP.NO.3910/2015 RSKJ The present petition has been filed to implead the respondents 3 to 5 by way of substitution as legal heirs of the deceased 2nd respondent in the writ petition. Since the second respondent died and the petitioner wants to implead the legal heirs of the second respondent, this petition is ordered.

Registry is directed to carryout the amendments. The petitioner is permitted to take private notice to the impleaded respondents.
