This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the notice which was published in Dinamani Daily dated 16.11.2008 on the file second respondent quash the same and direct the respondents to execute sale deed of the house M 760 made in favour of the petitioner and to refund the excess payment of Rs.91,514/- made by the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, vide its order dated 01.08.2018, has already referred the matter for mediation at Dharmapuri District and the same was amicably settled between the parties.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is closed as there is no further order required. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 05.08.2024 rli
