Challenging the order of acquittal, dated 06.07.2005 passed in C.C.No.69/2004 by the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Coimbatore, the present Criminal Appeal is filed by the complainant.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the appellant sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Appeal. He also made an endorsement to that effect.
