PRAYER : This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the concerned records from the 1st respondent, quash the award passed by the 1st respondent Labour Court in I.D.No.514 of 1999 dated 10.08.2005 in denying the relief of reinstatement with full back wages, continuity of service and all other attendant benefits as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to reinstate petitioner in service with full back wages, continuity of service and all other attendant benefits.
