ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is not aware of the disposal of the main writ petition. In the writ petition filed by petitioner's mother for restoration of possession, an order of injunction restraining the respondent from granting patta was granted for a period of eight weeks.

Sub.A.No.4 of 2009 S.S.SUNDAR,J tta 2.The contempt petition is filed alleging the disobedience of the interim order passed in W.M.P.No.1 of 2007 in W.P.No.10163 of 2007. The interim order of injunction was granted for a period of eight weeks on 19.04.2007.
3.In the absence of proper instructions the learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to verify as to how and in what manner the order of injunction was flouted. No order of proceedings of respondent is produced to show any act which is in violation of order of this Court. 4.Due to lack of materials or particulars, this Court is unable to entertain the petition.
