JUDGEMENT Today, when the above Second Appeal is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of appellant. However, on perusal of records, it reveals that already this Court directed him to take steps to serve summons, but he has not complied as on date from the year of 2011 onwards and the affidavit filed by the appellant is also improper. So, on considering the fact that steps are not taken inspite of direction given by this court, this Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
