Mr. N.A. Nissar Ahmed, learned counsel on record for the respondent submits that the sole respondent died on 24.04.2016 and he has filed a memo, containing the particulars of the legal heirs/legal representatives of the deceased respondent on 12.01.2017.

2.It is seen from the court records that when the matter was taken up on 15.09.2025, no representation on the side the petitioner. Further, today also, no representatin on the side of the petitioner. Despite sufficient opportunities have been given to the revision petitioner, he has not taken steps to implead the legal heirs of the sole respondent. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
