3 to redraw the panels for promotion to the post of Sub-Registrar Grade - II for the years 2008 to 2012 by considering the claim of the petitioner for inclusion of the senior most SC / ST candidates in the said panels under open category and inclusion of the petitioners in the reserved category for SC / ST category within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

WP(MD) No. 20147 of 2021 It is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order in Letter No. 1713/A5/2021 dated 16.09.2021 on the file of the Respondent No. 2 and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the Respondent No. 2 to draw Seniority Panel for recruitment by transfer to the Post of Sub-Registrar Grade II on the basis of the seniority in the Combined Cadre of Junior Assistant, Typist, StenoTypist and Assistant based on the date of initial appointment in the category or entry into service in accordance with the Order passed by the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No. 392 of 1989 dated 27.08.1993 and in the light of the Government Order in G.O.(3D).No. 2 Commercial Taxes and Registration (H2) Department dated 12.03.2007 and pass such further or other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

WP(MD) No. 19782 of 2022 It is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the Respondent No. 2 from granting Promotion, reversion to anyone without disposing the appeal / objection filed by the Petitioner dated 17.08.2022 and pass such further or other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

WP(MD) No. 4797 of 2021 It is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order in No. 8220 / A2 / 2021 - 2 dated 26.02.2021 on the file of the Respondent No. 2, and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a Direction, directing the Respondent No. 2 to grant promotion to the Petitioner in the post of Grade I Sub - Registrar in view of the Seniority of the Petitioner within the time period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court and pass
