ORDER

This petition was filed before the Principal Seat of this Court at Madras, seeking condonation of delay of 25 days in preferring the appeal. There was no representation for the petitioner. So notice was ordered to the petitioner but it could not be served. A copy of the O.P.Register was called for from the Tribunal. The same was received, which shows that the amount was deposited and the claimants were received the amount from the Tribunal.

2. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for default and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is rejected at the SR stage itself.
