J U D G M E N T

When the matter came up for hearing on 03.08.2022, despite the name of the appellant printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of her and hence, the appeal was directed to be listed today i.e., on 05.08.2022. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the appellant either in person or through counsel. This shows that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the appeal for non-prosecution.

2.Accordingly, the appeal suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
