The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that both the appellant and his power agent died and he has got the particular with regard to the death of the power agent. Since the appellant was in America, no particulars have been given. 2.Since the appeal is pending from the year 2011 and the sole appellant as well as his power agent reported dead, this Appeal Suit is dismissed as abated. No costs.
