This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.03.2018. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that, based on the petitioner's complaint, a case has already been registered in Crime No.42 of 2018, for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 420 and 506(i) IPC on the file of the second respondent police.
3.Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
