ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.9770 of 2024 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.13830 of 2023 in Crl.A(MD)No.19 of 2023, dated 15.10.2024 pending disposal of the criminal appeal.

2. This Court by an order dated 15.10.2024 directed the petitioner to stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police, Othakadai Police Station, Madurai every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition of this Court.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for modifying the condition.

5. In the light of the above fact, the condition imposed on the petitioner, tto stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police, Othakadai Police Station, Madurai, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
