Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARUNAKARAN K.M., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20317 of 2022, dated 21.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was not able to comply with the condition and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of one weeks, thereafter, on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10:30a.m., until further orders.
