When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, by producing a proceeding in G.O.Rt.No.545, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department, dated 30.01.2023, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
