[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The prayer in the Habeas Corpus Petition is to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to produce the petitioner's daugther, namely, Viruthiga, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the detenue appeared before this Court through Video Conferencing from the Public Prosecutor Office.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the detenue has joined with petitioner and hence, the prayer in the habeas corpus petition has become infructuous.

4. In view of the above submission, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as infructuous.
