JUDGMENT

The appeal suit was listed before this Court on 29.11.2021. As there was no representation on either side, the appeal suit was closed. However before the order could be typed and signed by this Court on the mentioned made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this appeal suit is again listed before this Court. In view of above order, dated 29.11.2021 is recalled. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that though Court notice, which was sent to the appellant returned with an endorsement that 'No Residence', even today, i.e., 03.12.2021, there is no representation for the appellant. 3.In view of the same, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
