Though notice was sent, cause-list shows that tapal returned with an endorsement as ''no residence''.The fourth respondent already died and steps not taken. The first respondent also died and steps not taken. The appeal already dismissed as against the second respondent on 15.12.2011 itself. Though the name of the appellants 1 to 3 printed in the cause-list, none appears on behalf of them. Therefore the First Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
