ORDER

This revision has been filed as against the order passed in Crl.A.No.25 of 2018, dated 17.08.2019 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Court, Tirunelveli, confirming the order passed in C.C.No.268 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Tirunelveli, dated 30.01.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Even after conviction confirmed by the first Appellate Court, the petitioner has failed to surrender before the trial Court. Therefore, the petition for suspension of sentence and exemption petition were dismissed by this Court, by an order, dated 29.01.2021. Even till today, the petitioner failed to surrender before the Court below and this revision is repeatedly adjourned on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.R.C(MD)No.37 of 2021 the request of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.On a perusal of the records revealed that the petitioner has no merits to succeed in the revision.

5.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter further. Hence, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. The respondent is directed to secure the petitioner and proceed in accordance with law.
