ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass or ill-treat the petitioner on the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint of the private respondents 3 to 6, the petitioner was called for enquiry, which does not term as harassment.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would submit that the petitioner would appear before the second respondent police on 24.01.2025.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner to appear before the second respondent police on 24.01.2025. The second respondent shall conduct enquiry in this regard.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
