2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the 2nd Respondent had conducted enquiry in two complaints against the Petitioner and closed these Complaints. Now, the 3rd Complaint had been received against the Petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor undertakes that the Complaint will be closed within one week, after conducting enquiry.
