J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM,J.) Heard Mr.D.Rameshkumar, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr.Balasubramanian, learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

2. This appeal is directed against the judgment of the Family Court, Sivagangai in H.M.O.P.No.6 of 2018, dated 07.01.2019.

3. When the appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side would state that the dispute between the parties have been amicably settled and Joint Compromise Memo dated 22.03.2019, signed by both the parties and their respective counsels has been filed. Both the parties are present.

4. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of, in terms of the Joint Compromise Memo, dated 22.03.2019, and the Joint Compromise Memo shall form part of the decree. No costs.
