ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to expedite the investigation in Crime No.129 of 2014 of Koodal Pudur Police Station, Madurai, and to file a final report. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would contend that the Crime No.129 of 2014 has been transferred to the file of the Inspector of Police, Alanganallur Police Station and that the investigation is underway. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Inspector of Police, Alanganallur Police Station, Madurai District, is directed to expedite the investigation of the complaint of the present petitioner and file a final report/referred charge sheet, as the case may be, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.
