ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

2. Mr.S.Chandra Sekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that the second respondent lodged a complaint with the first respondent and the same was registered in CSR No.877 of 2020 and posted for an enquiry.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to follow the guidelines issued in the decision in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610.
