When the matter came up for hearing on 23.06.2022, on the request made by learned counsel appearing for the appellant, the appeal was directed to be listed today i.e., on 20.07.2022 with an endorsement that 'No further adjournment'. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of the appellant. This shows that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the appeal for non-prosecution. 2.Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
