Heard Mr.R.Rajesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2.Subject matter of the writ petition is land admeasuring 6 cents or thereabouts comprised in Survey No.37/342 in Nattarasankottai Town, Kalaiyarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District. 3.The writ petitioner has given a representation dated 27.02.2018 to respondent No.1 before me inter alia with a prayer for survey of the aforesaid land.

4.It is the case of the writ petitioner that the aforesaid representation remains unattended to.

5.State Counsel, Mrs.J.Padhmaavathi Devi, accepts notice on behalf of both respondents before me. Learned State Counsel submits that the jurisdictional Tahsildar now is Tahsildar, Karaikudi and not Tahsildar, Kalaiyarkoil, who is respondent No.1, before me. Be that as it may, the learned State Counsel submits that the Tahsildar, Kalaiyarkovil, who is respondent No.1 before me, can carry out the survey and states that the survey will be carried out within a period of four weeks and the representation will be disposed of in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to all concerned and persons interested if any. 6.Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
