2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, on the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the case was disposed of by the trial Court.

3. A perusal of the Court online status reveals that D.V.C.No.7 of 2019, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, was disposed on 20.04.2022.

4. Since the main case was already disposed of by the trial Court, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
