Respondent/Respondent/Plaintiff Prayer: Civil Miscellaneous Appeal filed under Order 43 Rule 1(r) of Civil Procedure Code, to set aside the Fair and Decreetal order dated 11.08.2017 passed in I.A.No.449 of 2016 in O.S.No.182 of 2016 on the file of the II Additional District Court, Tiruchirappalli. Order: This Appeal coming on this day, upon perusing the petition, affidavit and earlier order of this Court and upon perusal of the letter from II Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, vide his letter D.No.974/2018 dated:31.10.2018 requesting extention of three months to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.182 of 2016 and upon hearing Mr.B.Saravanan, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.G.S.Asok Adhithyan, Advocate for the Respondent and this court made the following order:

"By Order dated 14.12.2017, this court directed the Court below to dispose of O.S.No.182 of 2016, on or before 31.07.2018.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.974, dated 31.10.2018, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order dated 14.12.2017 made in this appeal.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, both parties would submit that in O.S.No.182/2016, Judgment has been passed on 17.12.2018.
