ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner. 2.The primordial contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner's house is in dilapidated condition and that whenever he wants to do necessary repair, the third respondent is preventing him and he is also threatening him with dire consequences. 3.Mr.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who accepts notice on behalf of the first and second respondents, on instructions, would contend that the representation, dated 08.12.2020 submitted by the petitioner is registered as Current Petition No.38/Ins/P5/C&O/MC/2020 and enquiry is still pending. 4.Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 08.12.2020 given by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.56 of 2021 the petitioner on merits within a period of two(2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order, after giving notice to the third respondent.
