O R D E R

Quoting certain misbehaviors on the part of the petitioner and some other students, the petitioner was suspended from the college on recommendation of the college disciplinary committee's report dated 13.10.2017.

2. Today (23.04.2018) when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in an identical cases, the persons who had involved in the incident had approached this Court and this Court by an order dated 14.02.2018 passed an order in W.P. Nos.24015 and 20417 of 2017 permitted them to redo the course.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that if the petitioner tenders written apology to the college authorities, the same would be considered for the purpose of permitting him to rejoin the course.

4. In view of the submissions made by both the counsels, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the second respondent with a letter of apology and on receipt of such apology letter, the second respondent shall permit him to redo the course namely B.Sc., (Bio Chemistry) third year. Such an exercise of taking the decision shall be made within a period of two days from the date on which the petitioner tenders his written apology.

5. With the above observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
