[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] We have heard Mr.I.Robert Chandrakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Baskaran, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents.

2. This review application has been filed to review the judgment and order in W.A.(MD).No.1029 of 2019, dated 06.11.2019.

3. It is pointed out that in Paragraph No.4 of the judgment, dated 06.11.2019, two dates have been given and there is a typographical error. Therefore, instead of 09.06.2017, it shall be mentioned as 09.11.2016 and instead of 30.04.2019, it shall be mentioned as 30.10.2019.

4. The above corrections be carried out and fresh certified copy be issued on application. This Review Application is disposed of. The direction issued in the Writ Appeal be complied with, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
