Mr.S.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that sole appellant died and the matter has become infructuous.

2. The appeal is against the divorce proceedings. It is stated that sole appellant no more. Hence, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
